Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped fresh herbs such as thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and honey until well combined.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure to coat them evenly.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
